I retract my appeal for funds. I apologise unreservedly to the Regiment of the King's Musketeers for any perceived slight to the Honour of His Majesty The King, or to the honour of the Regiment of the King's Musketeers. I apologise unreservedly to yourself as Colonel of the King's Musketeers for my not having discussed my actions in this circumstance in advance with yourself, therefore depriving you as Colonel of the King's Musketeers of the opportunity to veto my actions in advance.
